Teams and workplaces
Making a shared situation legible before deciding on it.

Support for people whose work is helping others think clearly.
Human decision-making
Keeping judgement with the people accountable for it.
Design principles
- Support participation rather than substitute for it.
- Keep decisions and accountability with people.
- Make uncertainty visible rather than smoothing it away.
- Do not compete for the attention the work needs.
Why organisational context matters
A reflective tool behaves differently inside an organisation. Power, reporting lines and consequences change what a person is willing to say and what a reflection can responsibly do with it.
KaiWay treats that context as part of the design problem rather than as a deployment detail.
KaiWay and human judgement
Judgement stays with the people who are accountable for it. KaiWay is intended to make a situation clearer to the people deciding, not to produce the decision.
Future pilots and collaborations
